ORDERS / EXCHANGE AND REFUND

All sales are final, We will refund your item in the case it is unavailable, lost in transit, damaged or for any reason further at our fault

FRAUDULENT ORDERS will be cancelled and refunded to the card used to make payment

 

We may cancel orders at our discretion 

 

The receipt (in PDF format) of your order on chromatone.co.uk will be sent electronically to your email address, We advise you to print and keep this receipt. The price will be removed from the label of the product(s) you have ordered and the receipt will not be attached to your order at the time of shipment. You may receive a paper version of your receipt upon request from Customer Service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 

You have the option to return, any product ordered within 30 days of its date of receipt. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its original packaging, we recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used or incomplete product will not be eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGES ARE WELCOME REGARDING WE HAVE STOCK AVAILABLE / A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN VALUE.

REFUND POLICY

In case of return, please allow for 7 working days of receipt of the product(s) at the office. However, please note the maximum period for refund is 14 days after receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will then be made according to the same payment method and in the same currency as that used by the customer upon payment of his/her order.
